One of my best customers is Paul and he drives a huge rig for a living. After several conversations with him I’ve begun to realize that truckers are the ideal candidates for rural land. They are on the road often and see the parts of America most of us never see and simply take for granted. They make an excellent living and can afford to invest in rural land. The problem is that they are on the road and typically don’t have time to send out a check for monthly payments or receive mail for contracts. We can communicate digitally and have all paperwork signed digitally via Docusign.com. All you need is access to a computer or smart phone and you’re good as gold.
